The Asia Pacific Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the region. The Awards are judged by an independent panel of 70 industry experts and the judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness - Chairman of Judging for the development categories, Lord Best - Chairman of Judging for the real estate categories, The Earl of Liverpool - Chairman of the International Property Awards, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament. The judging focuses on the quality of design, construction and presentation of individual properties and property developments, interiors, architecture and marketing.

The Embassy Group emerged on top in the category competing against the best property developers across the Asia Pacific region with Embassy Grove recognised as the "Residential Development- India".

The award was conferred at the Asia Pacific Property Awards held in The Marriott Marquis Queen's Park, Bangkok on the 25th & 26th May 2017.
